US$ 12.5 Million private placement of shares of Lloyds Manhattan Corporation,Florida,USA

Proposal Category: Entrepreneurs

This proposal is presented by Dr. John D. Brown (PHD) and Mr. Richard N. Nall who are the directors of Llyons Court Charities Inc, (LCC) an International Multi-denominational 501 (c) 3 Charity which was formed in 2007 and is registered in Florida USA.

John Brown is an attorney with a PHD in Arbitration and International Dispute Resolution, Richard Nall is a business man with an MBA in Business Administration and over 15 years experience working in managerial positions for fortune 500 financial services and insurance companies in the United States .

This proposal is to have 3 companies which support and compliment each other and so allow them all to be multi million $ entities within 1 -3 years. Group name is the Lloyds Manhattan Corporation, (LMC).

(1) Llyons Court Charities Inc (LLC), :

This is a proposal to expand the charity on the international stage to enable donations to be sought from high net worth individuals throughout the world and also use LCC's recent approval for a Duns Number to apply for $multi million USD grants available only to 501 (c) 3 charities from the US Government through****grants.gov

(2)The International Insurance Group Ltd (IIG), :

This is a proposal also to obtain an offshore insurance license and have a subsidiary company of LMC to be branded as the International Insurance Group, (IIG) and offer financial services products and a variety of insurance products both to individuals and businesses throughout SE Asia and the Middle East and to have branch offices (aligned to the private bank which will be a part of the group) in strategic locations in SE Asia and initiate a plan to have branch offices in Europe and the USA within 3 – 5 years (subject to funding as licensing in these regions is financially prohibitive).

(3) LMC (doing business as) Global Private Banking Ltd (GPB), :

This is a proposal also to obtain an offshore private banking license and open an office as a branch of the private bank in SE Asia which will be a private facility offering clients who want to deal with the bank on a personal level a regional venue which is easily accessible by clients throughout SE Asia and the Middle East and where by appointment only, they can discuss their investments and private banking requirements.

Funding :

Company is willing to offer an equity stake to potential equity investors and will offer 10% stake in the equity of the company for $12.5 Million USD.

Exit Strategy :

Our initial plan is to build sufficient equity in the company and offer LMC as an IPO. If in subsequent years a larger interest offered to buy LMC once we have the company ** a multi-million dollar level we would ** that time consider offers from larger interests for a buy-out.
